Active Steps Launches 7th November

29 October 2019

A more active lifestyle is proven to help reduce stress, improve moods, feel more energised and can even help you to sleep better.

Swapping your car for more journeys by foot or bike can also help reduced congestion, improve air quality, and save you money.

On Thursday 7th November Sustrans is launching Active Steps for staff working at Bridgwater House.

Active Steps is a free 6-week programme supporting you to increase your everyday physical activity through walking and cycling. Participants will be able to access weekly lunchtime group activities (such as led walks, cycling confidence sessions and led rides) plus optional pre and post health check.

You can attend as many or as few activities as you like and join throughout the programme. Plus if you attend an Active Steps activity during November you could earn bonus BetterPoints! Join today:
